My beginning 
was in the very welcoming 'Allgäu', an alpine region in southern Germany.

And here is a little orientation on how it went on.

Trained in: 
Occupational therapy, life and grief support, in movement arts, dance theater, nature and wilderness education (Grandfather Stalking Wolf), vision quest leadership (Steven Foster & Meredith Little) and other formats for rites of passage.

Currently training in “life energy cultivation” with Christian Opitz.


Formats of nature-based initiatory work 
from my discoveries and explorations are constantly present.

45 years of contact with indigenous philosophy/lifestyle and various shamans was in harmony with my innermost perception and basis for my work. With some, my woman's heart could not always agree, so it adapted or let go... ;-)

Freelancer for decades in individual sessions and groups.
A few years in companies.
Whether children, teenagers or adults, 
every age has its magic. 


 ...and on the other hand shaped by:
My own very earthly soul path and the one I shared with my daughter.

The countless quiet hours spent with the “Mother Earth Universe”. 
Seemingly detours with manifold challenges were bold experiences of what it means to be human – and what strength means in interaction with the heart.

So now I live in my fifth European country, enjoying my adult daughter's dream journey and how we mastered our single-parent years of wandering with creativity, courage and surprises. 
Our greatest treasure is still spending days together roaming around in nature.

Completed training in craniosacral therapy. A form that, beyond the physical techniques, is above all a work of service for me.
My approach and decades of experience in body energy work are in natural harmony with this form of therapy. 

Written

In 2009 I published the book
“Erdenhüterinnen”. An expression of my many years of work with women. And also about how I travelled for decades as a “warrior” - struggling for women to gently and courageously shed their veils, the imprints millennia and ideas. 

Returning to the treasure of moving, showing and living differently as a female being on Mother Earth


Eventually, something new came up to me.

In the winter of 2021/2022, alone in a house by the North Sea, short stories from the 'natural universe' suddenly appeared.

My work life

Working and living is a uniformly woven carpet on which I stand. And I know that the unconventionally flowing but me-being is the most solid thing I have.

Once, 37 years ago, the first management of
so-called self-awareness groups, body awareness, women's groups, ritual groups began. It quickly became clear that I am a 'dreamer warrior', a 'magician of the heart' who does not follow any single specific technique.

I use techniques that make sense and create beauty. They are subject to my heart, not I to them.
I have always listened to the quality of time, create, combine what I have learned, create new things. And let flow in what a wanderer and collector of stories and deepening of life has experienced. This is how the work and life path to my 'dream earth' came about. There, where I came from as a young woman with my perceptions of our existence here.

Hopefully this will make me a wise old woman.
;-) who tells the stories. Who can be a healing companion to the person who confides in her.

Everything from my life treasure and the warmth for the creative forces and us humans in the middle. My inner healer went many ways and I suffered injuries just like other people. I'm like every human being.

Everything I do is meant for our hearts, which are allowed to open even wider - and let us humans go even further than we can imagine. Into what we are as humans. In our love and freedom and togetherness, for this beautiful earth.

I am happy to refer to others who are always helpful with very structured techniques. I fulfill another part of life and becoming. It's wonderful how we can all work together.

My life followed the fire first
then the earth
then the wind.

Now it follows the water.
